Core part of my role was to process, analyse and interpret complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations on my sales data, to form strategic decisions for my area and part of the overall divisional strategy. I had individual targets to achieve and as collective, we had divisional goals. I have been using Microsoft Office throughout my career, utilising Excel and pivot tables to perform business analysis as well prepare business development plans based on current environment and specific objectives. I have used Power BI as sales analysis tool to extract data, merge table and present insights for my part of the business to stakeholders.

I have led numerous projects and consistently achieved desired outcomes. Adapting to the constantly evolving environment in the NHS and demands of a challenging market in medical equipment, following Covid and Brexit, has been a key aspect of my recent experience. Managing a vast portfolio of responsibilities and accounts has honed my ability to prioritise tasks effectively. This extensive experience and my clear understanding of current and ongoing issues affecting public health has enabled me to keep customers satisfied, even in challenging environments where material shortages have impacted operating theaters. My experience in the medical industry has equipped me with valuable skills in communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving fostering positive client relationships.
